This is a bad idea, having 100's if not thousands of emails in a mailbox
that have to be read every time you check for new messages would not be
feasible in a production environment and would dramatically increase the
delay in getting tickets into the system. Setup a dedicated mailbox to
OTRS and if you want a copy of the emails set it up to send to multiple
mailboxes.

If Exchange has the functionality on the server side rules then I don't
see why not, but by far the easiest way is to use a distribution list.
