When I try to attach a file bigger then 1MB, I got this error

[Error][Kernel::System::Web::UploadCache::DB::FormIDAddFile][Line:91]: Got a packet bigger than 'max_allowed_packet' bytes

I setup my “WebMaxFileUpload” to be 50 MB, but no change I still cannot attach bigger files

Can someone help me, or give me some hint, how to trace the problem …

I still think that this is an OTRS setting, that needs to be changed.
