Wow! :-o What release do you use? 0.5 Beta7? Anyway, it sounds like a update. If it's a update, check if you use the new $OTRS_HOME/Kernel/Config.pm. In future (> 0.5 Beta8) the Kernel/Config.pm will be upward compatible!
