I’m getting this error when I try to send mail. Mercury32 is running. I have otrs for win32  version 1.2.4, running on WinXP pro SP2.

I have tried changing the smtp mail server to the ISPs (in config.pm) but that made no difference.

Error: Can't connect to localhost: Unknown error!
