In your experience how much space would you guys recommend is needed for OTRS in the long run. My situation is that I have OTRS running on a 4.0GB HDD with 3.2GB of free space. In my company there are around 40-50 different users who may send a ticket. Does this amount of space seem adaquate for the long run? thanks marshall
