[otrs] Predefined templates in OTRS

Hello all, I was looking around to install a package that would enable us to create and use templates in OTRS. Not Std. Responses, but New Email Tickets' templates. I tried the TicketTemplate package, but unfortunately it was really bad. What I'm looking for, is a package that would allow one to create a template from scratch at least, with tables and all, or use the rich text editor used throughout the system, save those templates, and allow them to be used later.
