There is not error message but the file is not include in the list of attachments when I do a reply to one ticket. But when the size file is less than 1Mo it appears in the list of attchmentlike in the following screenshot

Better to host the file and provide a link. (Especially if it is a commonly presented file). When you say you can't send, what's the error message? What entity is ultimately blocking you? Your mail transport? The recipient?
