
Dear Nik, there is no end user manuel because the concepts, examples and workflows are different for each business and mostly even for different companies in the same business. We do provide manuals at enjoy@otrs.com, written and controlled based on your processes - investigated in-house or on-site. Is there an agent manual available? I have 8 Help Desk agents that do not administer OTRS in any way, and the system isn't quite intuitive enough for them to just start using it without some concepts, examples, workflows, etc. Do these exist?
