OTRS interface functions through Apache so Apache failing means your can't access otrs.

WIth the windows install I am not sure if apache reports errors to the Event log or if it creates a log directory and logs in there.  In either case there should be dome details that will help explain the failing.  Look for Apache or similar in the event logs, or for a https.err, httpd.log, or possibly something like access.log.  These files are just text file and may be opened with any text editor.

i m sorry for not giving proper details

i am completely new to this system. i am just learning it. this error does not occur immediately after i install otrs. it occurs after sometime as in when i am working on the system.the error is httpd. exe error. it says unable to read from memory. after i got this error. i went into the apache folder and started the httpd.exe. after i manually started the apache server otrs works fine. but it should work without me having to go start the server everytime right? thats my problem. once i get this error. otrs never works without me starting the apache server manually

thank you

What is the error?  What have your done to resolve the issue? Results?

Almost impossible to help without providing details.
