For OTRS 2.0.2 go to Admin > SysConfig > Ticket > Frontend::Agent and switch the Ticket::Frontend::BulkFeatureJavaScriptAlert: to NO As far as I know you can also disable this one in 1.3.2, you have to comment few lines but let me know if the above is fine.
