Hi Ravi,<br><br>What version of OTRS are you using?<br><br>OTRS versions 2.4.13 and up, 3.0.12 and up and 3.1.0beta2 and up have secure cookies if you set HttpType to &#39;https&#39; in SysConfig. For this to work correctly it also requires that you use an SSL certificate and configure SSL on your web server.<br>
