I am currently using otrs version 2.2.1 on windows small business server 2003.
I intend to upgrade it to 2.2.4 or 2.2.5 because of the bugs in the first version.
i would to know how i can backup my mysql database. i went through the website and it was suggested to use the phpmyadmin or mysqldump.
can somebody tell me how i can access my server remotely to perform the backup.
