
Sorry to hear that. Apache.org speaks of Apache on Win32 as being a beta not as stable as the linux port. I'd suggest you switch to Suse or RedHat or whatever Linux you like best to overcome your probs. If you'd like to try once again: Have you tried using OTRS as a CGI Module on Apache2? A20 is said to be more stable on Win32than A13. If you'd use mod_perl on Win32, you'd get to instances of Apache running, initially up to 64 MB big. Those two do not reproduce themselfs, at least not on my box. You should always disable any feature on the webserver that's not needed. Lastly, be sure to always install and work on a clean system, fully patched, preferably from windowsupdate.microsoft.com.
