[otrs] first rows empty in responses

Hi there, when I respond a ticket with an empty response or a response created by myself, the first two rows are empty! How and where can I delete these rows? I checked all responses and there are no empty rows at the beginning of the body message. So, there must be any configuration that presets one or two empty rows at the beginning of each message.
