[otrs] Bulk-Action not working in the lite theme.

      Hi Guys,

In my installation of OTRS 2.0.4(Debian package), the Bulk-Action 
doesn't work with the lite theme, have anybody else experienced this 
problem, and maybe also have a solution to the problem.
