Hello!
I have recently inherited OTRS from the previous owner and am having a problem removing his email address.
The user, smithj, has been invalidated through the Admin->Users function.
Whenever a new ticket is created I am still getting these notifications in the System Log

“Sent email to ‘xxx@xxx.com” from ‘OTRS System <smithm@xxx.com>’. HistoryType=>EmailAgent, Subject=> ........”

And

Sent agent ‘New Ticket’ notification to ‘smithj@xxx.com

Does anyone have an idea where I can change smithj’s email to my own? Many thanks!
