I have only MS powered machines and I cannot install linux. So I have to solve the problem on the MS machine. (I can recommend so much things to so much people...)
Do you really do anything -besides- solving problems on MS machines? :) I really suggest you read the docs relating Windows installation [1] but as far I can see it's just a matter of downloading and executing a simple installer.
