Hello, I updated from 2.2 to 2.3 version including the package ITSM 1.1 to version 1.3 correctly. 2.4 installation finish fine, later i follow that steps for GeneralCatalog: http://faq.otrs.org/otrs/public.pl?Action=PublicFAQ&CategoryID=14&ItemID=345 Packages installation is fine (GeneralCatalog and later ITSMCore, 2.0.2 version), but I get this error when trying to display ConfigItems Got no EncodeObject! ../..// at Kernel / System / GeneralCatalog.pm line 86 Could you help me ?
