Both ticketnumber will continue to exist. Trying to access a ticket you merged with another ticket will take you to the page of the other ticket.
Could anyone brief on merging of tickets? What will be final status of each of the tickets?
I believe it's the status of the ticket you're merging to. You could also just create some testing ticket and try and see. Nils Breunese.
