Hi,
I have a problem. When someone inserts a note, the owner doesnt change. I cant find an option that changes the owner when writing a note, any suggestions will be welcome.
IIRC this is the default behaviour. You have to manually change the owner if you want to. This makes sense as another agent can add a note for the owner of that ticket in case he has just talked to the customer, for example. I don“t know if there is an option to change this behaviour. Lars
