Follow up to my email…

 

If I individually give services to some people,

They do NOT get the default services.

 

So for those people that have individual access to individual services, I have to go back in and hand select the remaining services, that are default, and should be given access to them in the first place…

 

Does this make sense?

I checked which services would be the default.

Some customers are getting the defaults where others are not.
