Hi!

We are planning to use OTRS to our ticketing and we have standard installation under testing.

Is it possible to include freetext information from a ticket to a report in Stats?

We´d like to include travel expences/time to a ticket and when you make a report from Stats, it would be very nice to have this information listed in the report.

Or is there another way to add this kind of info to a ticket?

Any ideas?
