Hi Nikolay, maybe it's a better issue for the developer mailing list... next time. :) There is a cache object in OTRS available with currently one backend (file system). It is totally easy to write a backend for memcached. See also Kernel/System/Cache/File.pm PS: What do you think about general caching in OTRS?
