Here here! An excellent addition. This might be something as simple as editing the zoom templates, but I say this without having actually looked into the feasibility of that. Paul P.S. (or minor rant...) -- Rather refreshing would it be to see a response that doesn't suggest contacting otrs.de. As nice as it is that OTRS has a enterprise fee-based support solution, I've found that enhancement suggestions tend to be responded to as marketing leads rather than genuine project improvements. I, for one, would appreciate the reduced traffic to this list if those responses were left out and perhaps additional information was put in the footer sent out on the mailing list about otrs.de providing fee-based customization and support (what's there now is in German). Don't get me wrong: OTRS is an excellent product and I support whatever means the developers have for creating a way of financially supporting the project. I just get a little tired of seeing the same sales pitch repeated over and over. Perhaps you could send them off-list?
Could I suggest a minor feature? In the list of replies at the top...could it be possible to state WHICH agent replied to something? As the current owner isn't always a clue....
