Hi, I have configured OTRS and I have added new customized ticket states. I have added the new customized states in Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewNote, and view state option is enabled. But I cannot see those ticket states in "next state type" in note template. Regards Nikhil Joshi Pune
