OTRS does not support something like &#39;leave a copy of mail on POP server&#39;. <br><br>The good news is you can achieve the same result with a small workaround:<br><br><ul><li>Create a second mailbox</li><li>Forward a copy of all email arriving in your support mailbox to this second mailbox</li>
<li>Point OTRS to fetch the messages from the second mailbox</li></ul>This way, a copy of all mail will still be present in your support mailbox.<br><br>Another possible scenario is that you send all email to a distribution list. You can make several mailboxes a member of this distribution list, one should be the mailbox OTRS points to and another could be your &#39;archive&#39; mailbox. <br>

I have been enjoying OTRS recently and believe its a great tool.<br>
Can anyone let me know how to get otrs to go to address its pulling messages from without deleting the actual mail from the address before getting to the agent.<br>
I will appreciate if a copy of the mail is left behind in the actual address sent to.<br>
