[otrs] Customer.pl

Hello otrs, Currently I am testing the customer.pl section. I have few questions/bugs?: - there are no colors (white - user post/green - operator post); - If there is customer with more than 25 closed tickets I have the "Site: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7" option. When I click on 2 ... I am back in "only open tickets view" so the customer is not able to see some closed tickets. Any ideas ? Regards, Daniel PS. Using 1.2.1.
