[otrs] no users

Is it possible to don't need users on OTRS? I just want people to fill a form with: - Department (Sales / Support) - Name - E-Mail - Main domain (I run a hosting company) - Message - Priority that's because I wanna give support to non-clients too, like ppl with doubts on my hosting plans, or that want special plans... thanks
