If you aren't using the API, there is no way to verify what you're doing is correct.

So our emails are full of customers' emails etc...

What I was looking for was a way to easily add a preconfigured customers' list to OTRS, instead of using the GUI to manually add one-by-one. A .csv file would suffice, upload it and let OTRS do the rest.
