I believe you can send an e-mail to otrs-unsubscribe@otrs.org or mail the word unsubscribe to otrs-request@otrs.org. Mailing the word unsubscribe to the list will just post that message to the list. Or you can use http://lists.otrs.org/cgi-bin/listinfo/otrs as explained in the footer of every list message.

Most of your problems with OTRS did seem to stem from the fact that it didn't work like the product you were familiar with, so I thought that was a valid question.
I was simply drawing a frame of reference using something I have a lot of experience with, in an effort to bridge what I felt was a gap in effective communication.
I believe we only tried to help to explain the way OTRS works and what could be done to adapt it to your requirements. If we failed, I'm sorry. I hope you have better luck with another product. I still believe OTRS could work for you though.
Suffice it to say that I do not have it to use anymore, and I am now looking for an open source solution.
People do change jobs.
Well, that's a pretty good reason. Why first tell Dimitri it's none of his business and then give us the answer to the question? (You don't need to answer that, I know it's none of my business.)
Dimitri you have at least reinforced my desire to unsubscribe from this list, that is for sure.
Could we just keep our heads cool, please? This remark - like other remarks made by others - doesn't really make this mailinglist a fun place to hang out. I just returned to the list after three weeks of vacation and if this is all the fun I'm going to have here, I might just unsubscribe as well. Nils Breunese.
