Hello all!

Because I hat to add some tickets afterwards frequently, it is necessary for me to enter (or - if entering ist not possible - to modify) the ticket creation timestamp.

Is it possible to realize that? There was a similar question years ago and the answer was "not yet". But that was years ago :-)
