Hi all, We have noticed that sometimes the client wish to close the ticket on his own (i.e he found the problem). The customer screens does not give it a way of doing this. Also, there is not way for the customer to "hide" or delete old tickets that he is not interested in anymore. Have I missed anything? Regards, Moshe
