That's pretty easy! If I were you I would set up a PostMasterFilter. It is not comparable to spam assasin that was only made for that use but effective anyway. :-) In your AdminArea click on PostMaster Filter and add a new Filter. This way you prevent OTRS from generating a ticket out of your spam email. Have a nice day.
