[otrs] Pending status

Hi! I looked explanations about different pending status: pending reminder, pending close + and pending close - . In every status you set time that triggers something. I would like to have simple Pending status, wich triggers nothing. No time needed to set. Tickets just waits something and clock stops ticking, until I do something. =) Can I have this type of status? How? Thanks again, -- Annika Liikanen
