I would say you are using a wrong passwort to get access to your otrs
installation.
user : root@localhost
pass : root
You should change the password after your first login or disable the user
and create a new one to administrate otrs.

I have installed OTRS for windows. Its installed successfully. But when I
try to access web it give following errors.
