[otrs] Changing navigation menu in OTRS 2.1.2

I recently upgraded OTRS from 1.3 to 2.1.2. I used to omit the Email-Ticket item from the navigation bar by modifying the dtl templates in the Standard/Lite directories. However, now each nav item is generated by OTRS.
