Hi Frans,

I installed active perl, I have followed these steps: http://faq.otrs.org/otrs/public.pl?Action=PublicFAQ&ItemID=282

But now I got a CGI ERROR:
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers

I have enable al perl extensions. Any idea?

Thanks in advance!

gr,
Sander

Subject: [otrs] Configure IIS for OTRSū

Hi OTRS.org

My question is, how to configure iis on windows server 2003?
I have a Windows Server 2003. I installed IIS, Mysql, PHP.
Some serveral website running on that server. So i can't make any mistake.

I would like to implement otrs on a existing website in a new folder. sample: www.website.com/otrs
So how to configure iis?

Thanks for your reply!

With kind regards,
