Hello everyone,
can one set the permissions for the customers to reflect the permissions for the agents?
I would like to prevent a customer from creating a ticket in the customer login panel for an admin queue, but allow them to modify a ticket.
So the rights would look something like
ro
create
rw
Anyone done something similar to this?
