Hi again, I've managed to make some changes and I can now define responses with images.

But now when I select one of those responses in "compose answer" the image that I defined on the responses isn't sent in the email.

I believe this is because the image is associated with the FormID variable and since the image was uploaded using the form on Admin->Responses it has a different FormID.

Any ideas on how to achieve this ?

The richtext editors on the administration area don't have the image upload option like the ticket reply/note/etc.
