Express or Mozilla Thunderbird (by POP3 of course)?

Hello every body.
I install OTRS 2.3.3 win32 on my windows server 2003, and I use Email services in windows components, I create domain name and add mail box. I can send mail with otrs but I can't fetch my mail box to my otrs queue
Excuse for my bad English.
