Hi Niklas, I'm not sure what you mean. You can link config items with other objects via the object dropdown box on the link screen. There you have to select "Ticket" since incidents and problems are tickets. I have no experience with changes, I think it's a separate item in the dropdown box. It would be good to get statistics showing how many incidents are related to different config items.
