We have multi-tenancy in OTRS but only up to some point.
You can't have for instance certain priorities or SLAs only available for certain customers, or contacts that can only be accessed by certain agents - without modifying the system, that is.
What you CAN do is restrict the queues to certain groups, tie the groups to certain roles, and then tie the roles to certain users. If you'd do that, you can have users (agents) who can't see certain queues and tickets.
