Hi Андрей, If you'd go to Admin > SysConfig > Ticket > Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewPhoneNew you can specify under Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketPhone###TicketFreeText any free text fields that you feel are required before submitting a new tickets. The same goes for Frontend::Customer::Ticket::ViewNew if you'd like to use the customer interface as well. I'm sorry, it was a misprint. Surely, under "Theme" I mean "Subject", thanks to Михаил that noted it ;-) Has anybody idea how I can make this?

Andrey, before posting to english-speaking mailing list, switch your OTRS from russian to english. "Тема" is not "Theme" there but "Subject".
