Yes Something like this. Actually we have some client which having
operations in different country,and our product is deployed in all of the
operation for that clinet .Usually we receive different complaints from
different operation.So for that I want to create the customer login w.r.t
country. Also I want to create one customer Id for their HQ so that they
can view all the tickets from their different operation.
I think we need to configure this feature manually or is it possible to we
can configure it by GUI?
Please correct me if I am wrong.
I am using OTRS 2.4.5 and Os is Linux
