I'm sory for my late response, but I had problems with my testing system and all data were lost. Now, on the new system with debian, exim, otrs beta8 I have the same problem:
I can only see the mail-body but no links to any attachment.
Is a attachment shown (on your system) if you use the test email 3? 'cat /opt/OpenTRS/doc/test-email-3.box | /opt/OpenTRS/bin/PostMaster.pl'
is the same problem. no attachment!
One more question. If you click on "(plain)" (on your system), do you see the plain email (with all headers)?

Now it work, I don't know why, I havn't chanced anything, only restart the complete server. greetings Thomas
