[otrs] withdrawing question on retrieving closed tickets

Hi, feel a little foolish about the question on closed tickets. I had missed out the utilities page altogether. apologies. affly, Akshay. p.s. it would be helpful if someone could point out a link where I can get more info on the tables and what they keep in the database.
