Hi

I am trying to restrict the number of SLAs shown in the dropdown depending on the service selected with ACL.

I used code

Possible => {

  Ticket =>{

    SLA => [‘Customer Query’],

  },

};

Is SLA the correct reference as this does not seem to work. Have been able to limit services based on queue selected.

I don’t want to get the internal mails to create tickets

So I did the following

From: wipo.int

To : income.accounts@wipo.int

X-Ignore = Yes

It works perfectly, all emails containing wipo.int are ignored and do not create tickets.

Now they ask me for an expection for curracc@wipo.int. That one should create a ticket

How can modifiy the From statement in order to make “and not curracc@wipo.int

Just create an additional Filter that is executed after the one you have already.

Set the Ignore flag to no again and define other settings as  you need.
