Hi Jeffery,

There were issues with the mod_perl we shipped in previous versions of the Windows installer, therefore we decided to not ship mod_perl in the otrs-x.x.x-win-installer-2.1.x series. OTRS runs as CGI, which runs fine but does require a bit more from the CPU in your web server.

We're working on a solution for the mod_perl issues.
