Hello, the problem stopped, since Martin fixed the umask in Article.pm. (http://lists.otrs.org/pipermail/otrs/2002-August/000170.html) The wrong directory mode stopped PosterMaster.pl to process the mail correctly. Bye Christoph Stefan Schmidt schrieb:

I had the same before. The mail sticks in the mailqueue and is put in the raw queue by the fetchmail cron job. I do not really know, why it is not cleared from the queue, but stopping the cron job is a workaround.

This is no real solution, since then no other mail comes in :-(
