Is there an option somewhere in OTRS that sends out an e-mail (i.e. from the the notification master) that informs users that a ticket has been closed ( i.e. informs people in the admins group). It would be nice to get a notification that tells you when one user has closed a ticket so you can review the solution. Thanks!
